I’m Jacy Escoffier, a talent development leader with over 20 years of experience building learning, leadership, and organizational development programs inside some of the world’s most innovative companies, including Apple, Pinterest, Coinbase, and LinkedIn, where I currently lead talent development for research and development. My work has focused on helping employees, leaders, and organizations grow through modern learning strategies, performance systems, and culture transformation.
